Since our products are crafted by hand in small batches, processing timelines may vary. We charge standard shipping fees for orders under Rs. 500, while orders above Rs. 500 enjoy free botanical shipping. Delivery estimates are indicative and subject to regional holidays or logistics constraints.
4. Payments & Simulator Terms
We integrate secure mock gateways to facilitate testing. By placing orders, you consent to order logging and processing. Since there is no database payment charge, no actual money is debited during checkout simulations.

HerbKaya Naturals focuses on handcrafted, 100% natural organic soaps, face packs, and botanical serums. Due to natural shifts, colors or aromas may change slightly from batch to batch. We advise patch testing all products on your skin before daily application.
